1. To make changes to your subscription, log into your Remedy online account and head to the "My Subscriptions" section on the left-hand side bar.

2. Wait for the subscriptions to load and select the "Manage subscription" button on the right-hand side of the page:

3. The page will load the subscription information. Click the "Frequency" button on the bottom left of the page and select new frequency from the drop down.
